Halle Friedman, RN, founded Robert Andrews Laser & Medical Aesthetics in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in October 2013. She is proud to provide her patients with the highest levels of compassionate care, skill, and medical technology.

She prides herself on seeing the big picture in life. Her broad and extensive life experience has led her to become an accomplished professional in a variety of areas. At 18, Halle entered the United States Air Force, where she served her country for over 20 years in both active duty and as a reservist.

During her time in the Air Force, she became a computer operations instructor and received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She also became a commissioned officer at this time and began her career as an emergency/battlefield nurse.

She has extensive leadership experience like working directly with the Air Force Surgeon General staff in Washington, DC, and as a hospital nursing supervisor and RN manager for the Emergency Department. In Colorado Springs, she was the operations manager and manager of patient scheduling for Memorial Hospital’s emergency department.

Halle is always looking to further her education, so she was certified in medical aesthetics by the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She also holds a degree in information systems technology and received her MBA from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs.

Halle enjoys advancing her medical knowledge. She is proficient in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, ablative and nonablative laser skin resurfacing, sclerotherapy, advanced Botox®, dermal fillers, and more. She’s also served as treasurer, secretary, and media chairwoman of the Colorado Emergency Nurses Association.
